Our Quality Guarantee

At Modbands, we stand behind every product we sell — bands, cases, screen protectors, stands, chargers, and accessories. If something isn’t right due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll make it right.

Australian Consumer Law

Our warranty works alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing here limits those rights — it adds to them.


What’s Covered?

Our warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Covered

Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, including:

  • Clasps & connectors Faulty or failed hardware
  • Stitching & adhesive Separation or failure
  • Buckles Breakage under normal use
  • Discolouration Unusual fading or degradation
  • Screen protectors Bubbling, peeling, or delamination

Not Covered

Damage not related to a manufacturing defect:

  • Wear & tear Normal deterioration over time
  • Accidental damage Scratches, drops, impacts
  • Improper use Damage from incorrect care or use
  • Lost or stolen Missing items

How to Make a Claim

Simple and quick — here’s all you need to do.

Email us

Send a short description of the issue to customerservice@modbands.com.au with your order number. No order number? No worries — just let us know.

Attach a photo or video

Include a clear photo or short video showing the defect. This helps us assess your claim quickly.

We’ll assess your claim

We’ll get back to you within 1 business day. If we need the item returned, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.

4

We’ll sort it out

Once assessed, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund — your choice.
