How to Return or Exchange
Whether you’re swapping sizes, returning for a refund, or reporting a fault — it all starts the same way.
Email customerservice@modbands.com.au with your order number and reason for return. If your item arrived faulty or damaged, include a clear photo.
We’ll reply within 1 business day with your return number and all the details you need to send your item back.
Pack your item securely and post it to the address we provide, including your return number. (See below for who covers shipping costs.)
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund, store credit, or exchange within 1–2 business days. Refunds appear on your original payment method within 3–5 business days after processing.

Received a Modbands band as a gift? We’re happy to help with an exchange or store credit. Just email us with the order number (ask the gift-giver if you don’t have it) and we’ll sort it out.
New Zealand & USA
International Orders
Our 60-day return policy applies to all international orders. A few things to note:
- → Return shipping from outside Australia is at the customer’s expense for change of mind returns.
- → We cover return shipping for faulty or incorrect items.
- → Refunds are issued in the original currency at the original exchange rate.

Delivery Issues
Please read the following carefully — these situations fall outside our standard return policy.
If your order is returned to us because the address was entered incorrectly, a refund will be issued minus a $15 fee to cover Australia Post’s return-to-sender and original postage charges. If the parcel is delivered to the wrong address, we are unable to provide a refund — please double-check your address at checkout.
If your order isn’t collected from the post office within the timeframe shown on the collection notice and is returned to us, a refund will be issued minus a $15 fee to cover the return-to-sender and original postage charges.
If you need to redirect your delivery after dispatch, we can request a mail redirection with Australia Post for a $10 fee.

Our warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Damage not related to a manufacturing defect:
- Wear & tear Normal deterioration over time
- Accidental damage Scratches, drops, impacts
- Improper use Damage from incorrect care or use
- Lost or stolen Missing items

Send a short description of the issue to customerservice@modbands.com.au with your order number. No order number? No worries — just let us know.
Include a clear photo or short video showing the defect. This helps us assess your claim quickly.
We’ll get back to you within 1 business day. If we need the item returned, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
Once assessed, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund — your choice.

However, some concerns about durability emerged: magnets weakening, stretching over time, and material quality (PU, not genuine leather). It’s a nice band very exceptable quality. I’m not sure it’s leather has no leather smell. The band looks nice and fits and adjusts well it’s a 99% fit perfect. But done side is ... is it real leather or fake. No leather smell. I’m guessing pleather not leather. Faux leather. But for the price it’s pretty good value. I’m fussy and for the price and look I’m liking it. Would prefer 100% leather. Dark Blue Color in person is better and darker than photo.

Looks great, however unfortunately the magnet isnt strong enough so band often slips or becomes undone.
This is my second one in 6 months, hopefully the magnetic beads won’t come out of this one?

The band is light weight and the magnets are strong !so you can wear it with confidence.

I recently purchased the white PU Leather Loop band. I am very happy with the band. It is very good quality. Fits very comfortably and the service, delivery time was excellent
Although this is not leather as stated because PU is not leather it’s a nice band.
I fell in love with this band and was even happier when it arrived. It looks great and feels nice. I put it aside to wear going out as it looks quite dress, but my puppy decided to take that as an opportunity to steal and then eat it. Apparently it was delicious. I will be buying a new one exactly the same on my next round of watch band purchases.
Really like this band. Looks a bit more dressy than my other bands, is comfy, easy to get on and off, and is wearing well.

I do like the band and love the colour but unfortunately I live in the tropics and the band does get sweaty due to the humidity and unfortunately for me this has created a little sore underneath.

Highly recommend for those wanting an excellent Apple Watch band that is so comfortable, looks very smart and has a very strong magnet unlike cheaper alternatives that are very poor quality. Band also has a very rich colour and is one of my favourites now and I wear it often.
Honestly this is the best strap I have owned for my Apple Watch. Sits really snug on my wrist, is comfortable all day and doesn’t get caught on things. Very happy and will definitely buy again
