The process
How to Return or Exchange
Whether you’re swapping sizes, returning for a refund, or reporting a fault — it all starts the same way.
Email customerservice@modbands.com.au with your order number and reason for return. If your item arrived faulty or damaged, include a clear photo.
We’ll reply within 1 business day with your return number and all the details you need to send your item back.
Pack your item securely and post it to the address we provide, including your return number. (See below for who covers shipping costs.)
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund, store credit, or exchange within 1–2 business days. Refunds appear on your original payment method within 3–5 business days after processing.

Gift Returns
Received a Modbands band as a gift? We’re happy to help with an exchange or store credit. Just email us with the order number (ask the gift-giver if you don’t have it) and we’ll sort it out.
New Zealand & USA
International Orders
Our 60-day return policy applies to all international orders. A few things to note:
- → Return shipping from outside Australia is at the customer’s expense for change of mind returns.
- → We cover return shipping for faulty or incorrect items.
- → Refunds are issued in the original currency at the original exchange rate.

Delivery Issues
Please read the following carefully — these situations fall outside our standard return policy.
If your order is returned to us because the address was entered incorrectly, a refund will be issued minus a $15 fee to cover Australia Post’s return-to-sender and original postage charges. If the parcel is delivered to the wrong address, we are unable to provide a refund — please double-check your address at checkout.
If your order isn’t collected from the post office within the timeframe shown on the collection notice and is returned to us, a refund will be issued minus a $15 fee to cover the return-to-sender and original postage charges.
If you need to redirect your delivery after dispatch, we can request a mail redirection with Australia Post for a $10 fee.

Our warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for 6 months from the date of purchase.

- Stitching & adhesive Separation or failure
- Buckles Breakage under normal use
- Discolouration Unusual fading or degradation
- Screen protectors Bubbling, peeling, or delamination
Not Covered
Damage not related to a manufacturing defect:
- Wear & tear Normal deterioration over time
- Accidental damage Scratches, drops, impacts
- Improper use Damage from incorrect care or use
- Lost or stolen Missing items

How to Make a Claim
Simple and quick — here’s all you need to do.
Send a short description of the issue to customerservice@modbands.com.au with your order number. No order number? No worries — just let us know.
Include a clear photo or short video showing the defect. This helps us assess your claim quickly.
We’ll get back to you within 1 business day. If we need the item returned, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
Once assessed, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund — your choice.

Customers praised this watch band for being "very comfortable" with easy adjustment and a secure Velcro closure. Most found the quality excellent with strong metal connection points. A very comfortable band to replace the standard Apple Watch 11 one. A very easy process to purchase and delivered within the agreed timeframe. Will definitely purchase again.
I ordered this strap to replace my aging and stretched out Apple Ultra one. I chose the black Trail loop. It is comfortable and fits well. The strap length is a just a tiny bit shorter than I expected - however once its on my wrist, it feels just the right size. Overall happy with the purchase. I am thinking of getting another one in a different colour.

This is the second trail loop band I’ve brought and just like the first it’s very comfortable to wear doesn’t irritate my skin like some bands and so easy to put on.
Band and latch are ok… but lugs are a big problem.. my watch has fallen off as the lugs skip out of watch..
