How to Return or Exchange
Whether you’re swapping sizes, returning for a refund, or reporting a fault — it all starts the same way.
Email customerservice@modbands.com.au with your order number and reason for return. If your item arrived faulty or damaged, include a clear photo.
We’ll reply within 1 business day with your return number and all the details you need to send your item back.
Pack your item securely and post it to the address we provide, including your return number. (See below for who covers shipping costs.)
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund, store credit, or exchange within 1–2 business days. Refunds appear on your original payment method within 3–5 business days after processing.

Received a Modbands band as a gift? We’re happy to help with an exchange or store credit. Just email us with the order number (ask the gift-giver if you don’t have it) and we’ll sort it out.

International Orders
Our 60-day return policy applies to all international orders. A few things to note:
- → Return shipping from outside Australia is at the customer’s expense for change of mind returns.
- → We cover return shipping for faulty or incorrect items.
- → Refunds are issued in the original currency at the original exchange rate.

Please read the following carefully — these situations fall outside our standard return policy.
If your order is returned to us because the address was entered incorrectly, a refund will be issued minus a $15 fee to cover Australia Post’s return-to-sender and original postage charges. If the parcel is delivered to the wrong address, we are unable to provide a refund — please double-check your address at checkout.
If your order isn’t collected from the post office within the timeframe shown on the collection notice and is returned to us, a refund will be issued minus a $15 fee to cover the return-to-sender and original postage charges.
If you need to redirect your delivery after dispatch, we can request a mail redirection with Australia Post for a $10 fee.

Include a clear photo or short video showing the defect. This helps us assess your claim quickly.
We’ll get back to you within 1 business day. If we need the item returned, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
Once assessed, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund — your choice.

On the advice of Modbands this Blush Gold band is the closest colour to my new Series 11 42mm Rose Gold watch. It is a tiny bit darker but looks great. It's surprisingly comfortable even overnight.
Hi - I purchased the Midnight Stainless Steel band in August (received late August) and it has lost a lot of its Midnight colour in just over 2 months (refer attached picture). Whilst the service has been great and the fit and comfort of the band is really very good, it is disappointing that it has discolored in such a short space of time. The watch is only worn as part of everyday use, and it is not subject to use that should cause this sort of discoloration. The other aspects of the band are great - 'initial' colour, fit and comfort but very disappointing that it looks pretty scrappy in such a short period of time.

I ordered the vintage gold band which actually tones in well with my rose gold Apple Watch.
Looks good although the band does snag on delicate fabrics and the metal is showing scratches in only 1 week. Quality not the best.

I was originally a tad sceptical because they weren’t an Apple endorsed company. But I was extremely surprised with what I received! The band is great quality and came well within the scheduled timeframe. It looks sleek with my rose gold watch, the amount of comments I have got about how nice it looks are endless. I am definitely a mod bands convert and I will most definitely be purchasing products from this site again!

Which colour milanese band suits a series 10 gold watch the best?
Hi Samantha, if it is the Series 10 Aluminium Rose Gold, then the closest match would be the Rose Gold Milanese Loop. If it is the Titanium Gold, then we don't actually have a very close match.
What's the difference between Black and Midnight colours in the Milanese Loop, please?
Hi Pedro, the Midnight colour is a very very dark blue. It is a match to the Midnight coloured Apple Watch that they released a few years ago.
Best band for ocean swimming
Hi Annette,
The bands we recommend for ocean swimming would be anything silicone, in particular the Classic Silicone, Silicone Sport, or Ocean bands. The Sport Loop bands are also not too bad, although they do take a short time (10-15 mins) to dry after swimming.
