The process
How to Return or Exchange
Whether you’re swapping sizes, returning for a refund, or reporting a fault — it all starts the same way.
Email customerservice@modbands.com.au with your order number and reason for return. If your item arrived faulty or damaged, include a clear photo.
We’ll reply within 1 business day with your return number and all the details you need to send your item back.
Pack your item securely and post it to the address we provide, including your return number. (See below for who covers shipping costs.)
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund, store credit, or exchange within 1–2 business days. Refunds appear on your original payment method within 3–5 business days after processing.

Received a Modbands band as a gift? We’re happy to help with an exchange or store credit. Just email us with the order number (ask the gift-giver if you don’t have it) and we’ll sort it out.

International Orders
Our 60-day return policy applies to all international orders. A few things to note:
- → Return shipping from outside Australia is at the customer’s expense for change of mind returns.
- → We cover return shipping for faulty or incorrect items.
- → Refunds are issued in the original currency at the original exchange rate.

Delivery Issues
Please read the following carefully — these situations fall outside our standard return policy.
If your order is returned to us because the address was entered incorrectly, a refund will be issued minus a $15 fee to cover Australia Post’s return-to-sender and original postage charges. If the parcel is delivered to the wrong address, we are unable to provide a refund — please double-check your address at checkout.
If your order isn’t collected from the post office within the timeframe shown on the collection notice and is returned to us, a refund will be issued minus a $15 fee to cover the return-to-sender and original postage charges.
If you need to redirect your delivery after dispatch, we can request a mail redirection with Australia Post for a $10 fee.

Our warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Damage not related to a manufacturing defect:
- Wear & tear Normal deterioration over time

- Improper use Damage from incorrect care or use
- Lost or stolen Missing items

Send a short description of the issue to customerservice@modbands.com.au with your order number. No order number? No worries — just let us know.
Include a clear photo or short video showing the defect. This helps us assess your claim quickly.
We’ll get back to you within 1 business day. If we need the item returned, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
Once assessed, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund — your choice.

Customers praised this comfortable watchband for its soft material and cute designs. Many said "so comfortable" and "easy to slip on and off." However, sizing is a common concern—several shoppers found it too tight for extended wear. Some reported pattern fading and seam issues. Best suited for smaller wrists, though bands may stretch over time.

Soft comfy material that’s a snug fit without being super tight great for everyday wear and sleeping in
I love modbands! I was worried the fit wouldn’t be right as someone who has smaller wrists I was worried it might fly around or I’d have to push it half way up my arm but the fit is perfect. It’s not right or loose, it’s literally perfect! I’m not petite at all, I’m 5’9 but I’d stay my wrists are on the slighter side so for me this band is perfect. If my wrists were slightly bigger I still think it would be okay, and being a scrunchie I would assume with some wear there will be an element of stretch so anyone who finds them snug might find after a few wears it gives a little.
Very well made and a lovely colour (got green). However, it is way too tight. I couldn’t wear it for more than a few minutes without it being painful. If a bigger version comes out, I will definitely buy again.
Love these bands but the patterned ones fade so quick. Have only had for a few weeks and it looks so crappy now. Second one I’ve purchased that this has happened to.

Scrunchie Band is beautiful however it is very tight… to the point it cuts into me like wearing an elastic band on your wrist, if only it was a little bit longer.
I love my watch scrunchie however it is a little tight and the bars needed to be adjusted.
I asked for the larger size and I don’t have too large a wrist so maybe make a bit looser. I am hoping over time mine will loosen a bit.
Other than that, I am extremely happy and it looks great.
I love it. Will be getting more. Doesn’t get sweaty like the silicon ones …..hope there are more color choices down the track
